Job Description : This role would be supporting procurement for on:going Metro Rail projects at Savli Site.
: Ensure parts availability through the production process while maintaining overall cost (inventory , depending on allocation) at the lowest level and highest qualtiy.
: Understanding and implementing Divisional and BT strategy and policies and its requirements in terms of procurement.
: The person is responsible key Procurement Processes and the applicable tools for the implementation, and is accountable for the strict and efficient application thereof.
: Fulfil independent procurementtasks for Interior and Exterior components like ceiling, GRP/FRP components and similar type of system components , taking into account the demand, up to the conclusion of supply and frame agreements, Independently and self:responsibly prepare and conduct procurement negotiations for prices, termsand conditions for supply and payment (where applicable by cooperating within a consortium and by taking over consortium responsibility
: Conclude agreements within the scope of given signing powers. Influence prices and costs by making optimum use of competition.
: Obtain product and supplier information as well as offers from the domestic market and abroad and working on bids
: Plan and open up new supply sources for meeting the present and future demand.
: Observe the market, obtain and evaluate information on demand and price developments.
: Document procurement processes and important processes of contractual relevance.
: Ensuring RAMS/LCC site support and contractual requirements.
: Technical coordination of technical, logistic and engineering contents.
Qualifications
Qualification and Experience:
: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) with minimum 5 to maximum 7 years in procurement of interior components like Seats / Glass / FRP : GRP products/
